XenCenter not showing console on some VMs?

In general, we decide to study xenserver and use it as a system storage for solving various problems.

When switching to terminal mode on this machine in information is not displayed correctly on the console (completely unreadable)
Does anyone have experience in solving such a problem, or some advice

I think this is due to the fact that this system is not officially supported.

It can, of course, be started if it is based on debian, but I think this does not make sense, since the xenserver has a different purpose. Try ssh, vnc, maybe it will work and it will suit you.
For your purposes it is more logical to use virtualbox or vmware.
