XCode 5 Developer Preview crashes on startup?

Subject. macOS 10.8.4. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, how did you solve it?

10.8.3 Does not fall. The project compiles with SDK 7.

Perhaps due to the installed xCode 4, although I have the 5th one installed with Xcode 4, but there was a problem once that I installed a new version of xCode 4, and the old one remained on the system (that is, there were two different versions of xCode 4 in the system), then it also crashed on startup.

Perhaps you have any third party plugins, if so then you need to remove them, then Xcode 5 will start normally
