Wysiwyg editor for Laravel with the ability to paste images from the clipboard?

Does such a thing exist?
So that you can copy an image from any site to the clipboard, and paste it into the editor, as in Google docs.
I tried CKeditor + Filemanager, but screenshots can only be loaded from the local machine, not from the buffer.
