WSUS What is the time interval for downloading and installing updates on client computers?

Greetings!
Something stupid and Google does not help ....
Is there any time interval for downloading and installing updates on client computers? Those. I understand that a "window" is configured in the GPO during which updates can be downloaded and installed. But how are the clients distributed in this "window"? Those. so that the situation does not turn out: downloading and installing updates, assigned to a GPO outside of working hours, say from 1:00 to 3:00, and now, when 1:00 is reached, all computers burst into WSUS for updates and "fun" they start to download and install. The mesh is adjacent ...
I'm sorry that I spoke so chaotically, but I just don't know how this term is called correctly, or rather I knew, but I forgot :)

WSUS uses the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) to distribute updates.
And you can configure BITS settings via GPO (Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Network, Background Intelligent Transfer Service) - just keep in mind that the settings change globally - and your BITS on the network may still use something.
In the case of multiple offices, it may make sense to consider placing child WSUS in offices with a high-speed LAN.
