Wrong sitemap or problem with Google?

Already on the fourth client site on Bitrix, I notice a problem with the site map. No matter how it generates it, using a module in Bitrix, or services, Google refuses to eat the sitemap.
Writes a message that "failed to process the sitemap.xml file"
What could be the reason?
