There was a need to download the Futura font in Windows 8. Uploaded, in different versions (AG Futura, Futuris, etc.). And everything would be fine, but in a small size (6-8) the system displays the font crookedly, namely: the distance between the characters is different: some stick to each other, others, on the contrary, "run away". In particular, this is very clearly visible in the "disk cleanup" window, there, in my opinion, the sixth point size, and the font is almost unreadable.
Q: Is this a font or system bug? If it's a font, then why do several different "futures" behave so strangely at once? If the system - I ask for a medicine (Clear Type is on, before that it was "Prestige", it was displayed normally; the replacement was carried out through the registry, without errors).

I solved the problem (again through the registry) by replacing the installed Futura with the system Segoe. Of course, the display is now correct. But Futura will have to be acquired - it’s really a curve.
