Wrong encoding in DB in modx components?

Has anyone encountered the fact that in the site database on modx, some components have the latin1_swedish_ci encoding set during installation? modx installed through the CPanel installer on reg .ru.
It is strange that I encountered such a problem only when installing modx automatically in this panel on this hosting. There was also no such nonsense on the sites on timeweb. I read what it could be due to server settings.
Before that, I also automatically installed modx on some other panel (I don’t remember exactly which one) there were no problems with encoding. When installing manually, of course, they are not there, because you set them yourself during installation.
By the way, not only the components, but also the site database itself had such an encoding, but not all tables for some reason. The change in the "Operations" for the entire database helped only for the admin panel itself, but for the components you now have to change everything manually.
