Writing a bot for WoT?

Where is the best place to start writing a bot for World of Tanks?
There is no particularly chewed material on the network, only several options are offered:

  • Packet capture
  • Working with the application window

Since not everything is colorful enough with the first method, I tend to the second option.
Then some questions arise:
  • How to pull gameplay data from more than just the screen? Rather, just the same, it is hardly possible to extract something useful from the screen, does such an option as transferring data from mods in the form of an array of pixels on the screen work?
  • If the option above does not work, what other ways are there to get data from the battlefield (for example, the position of the player and enemy vehicles?) And in the same way, follow the events of the interface to determine where and which windows are open in the hangar

Language and environment are not important, although, IMHO, C# (.NET) is more convenient

Only by intercepting packets and this is done on the easy, current bans arrive for automation (any).
With a guy, if you get something (you don’t get anything), then it will be a very stupid bot, capable only of riding.

The first thing to start with is to think about how you plan to pass off the actions of the bot as the actions of the player and not catch bans.
