How to write command for mee6 in discord?

Hi all!
How to write such a command in mee6? An example of a command from another bot.
Me: =bad
Bot: You want to punish yourself Pobedun ?
Me: =bad dyno
Bot: Well hello @Dyno, you are being punished by Pobedun because you did BAD
What will the command and its contents look like? I only had enough for this:
Command: =bad
Content: Well hello (what to write here?), you are being punished by {user} because you did BAD

MEE6 does not have such capabilities. For it is impossible to "get" command arguments, the same tag in any way. So there is NO WAY to do that.
UPD: If I understand correctly, there is a !warn for this.
