What server is needed for a telegram bot?

I have a pretty simple telegram bot (aiogram). It listens to messages in 1000+ chats and forwards them to one channel. It is assumed that the bot will receive less than 100 messages per second. So I have two questions.

1. Will the bot be able to send all messages in the correct sequence or will it not keep up, block and TP.?
2. What server is required for such a bot.
Will the simplest 1 core (2.8 GHz) / 1 GB of RAM be enough for him?
