Wrapper for IntersectionObserver?

Please advise a very compact and lightweight wrapper package for this wonderful API.
Note whether a polyfill or lazy load is different.
It is necessary to avoid creating new IntersectionObserver() each time its parameters and so on. then new is scattered throughout the project + code duplication for initialization and use.
Searched here , all is not right. Or which one did you miss?
