WP CPT rewrite => '/' = 404?

Hello, I ran into a strange problem, when converting permalinks with a function or through rewrite => '/', other arbitrary post types, posts and pages start to randomly return a 404 page. What can be wrong ? The task is to leave only site.ru/post_name/
ps in the url: apache server, rewrite_mod is enabled.
