wow.js not working in div with overflow-y:scroll?

Good evening.
I apply animated+wow.js to elements that are in divs with overflow-y:scroll style. The visible part works fine (well, that's understandable). The problem starts further, when I scroll the text in this div below, the animation no longer works and the text does not appear.
And it still has the visibility:hidden and animation-name:none styles.
By the way, when I scroll through the entire page to the end, and then again I return to this block, but everything turns out to have appeared.
What do I need to change in wow.js so that scrolling works when scrolling the div, not the page?
Maybe in this case I should use something else altogether? What then?
