Working with x509 certificates?

I have a few questions I will be grateful for the answer Thank you!
1) is the .ca file the same bundle?
2) For example, on glusterfs for all servers, we will transfer the certificate files to a specific folder, how does the server recognize the request to connect the second server and determine if it has this .pem certificate? with the help of a name or what? (identifies)
3) is it possible to combine several pem certificates into one .ca (bundle) is it possible Ps I thought this is done for chains of root certificates
Thank you

A .ca file is a .ca file. What it is depends on its content.
Several certificates in PEM format can be combined into one file, this is done quite often. Bundle (bundle) is literally a "bundle", "pack", that is, a certain amount of something.
