Working with sockets in windows

I am writing a server in .NET. So I catch Keep Alive hanging client sessions and close the socket with the Close() command. The session for the program becomes closed, but the windows socket is at least 2 minutes. And at this time, the client wakes up for him, the session is active and starts sending data to nowhere. Advise in which direction to dig.
