How to print a PDF document using iTextSharp in duplex mode?

Good day, %username%!
I am faced with the task of printing a pdf file in duplex mode. But the problem is that out of 2+ pages, only the first 2 need to be printed in duplex mode. The rest are simple, if any. Reading pdf files (there are data fields) goes through iTextSharp. Maybe you can find a solution or aside where to dig? I crawled almost everything already, I can not find an example or a solution.
