In general, there is a task to draw a character-by-character font with symbol markup. (borders, anchor point)

It turned out something like


The minimum size of the character was guessed, but I don’t know how to get the point where the character starts. I'm using Fontforge under WSL to run. Does anyone have an option to get the beginning of a character for a box offset?

Let's say the font starts drawing from position zero. How to calculate the offset moment when exporting to an image?
