Working with browser-based development tools through JavaScript

Hello everyone,

There was a problem - the user (according to him) does not work with a certain button on our Web application in Firefox and Chrome. We have not been able to reproduce this error. Due to the specifics of the application, it is not very kosher to get the user with remote access, and to solve the problem, I would like to somehow remove information from the Web console and the browser error console (of course, exclusively in relation to my pages). Question: how can (if at all) in JavaScript read information from the Firefox or Chrome web console, or from developer tools in IE, so that we can carefully pick it up and analyze it? At least which way to look?
