Working "multi background image" issues 404, how to overcome?

We have this css style on our site:

background-image: url(/shab/images/base/health-warning-left.png), url(/shab/images/base/health-warning-right.png);

and it works, but it infuriates my nginx, which constantly pours in the logs

588: 404 Not Found («не найдено») - /shab/images/base/health-warning-left.png), url(/shab/images/base/health-warning-right.png

This creates unnecessary garbage that prevents the logs from being visually analyzed. How to overcome?

Put in quotation marks the address of the image?
