Working as a tester?
Hello. Straight to the point, I finished my courses as a tester and now I'm looking for a job and experience. Ready to work for free to get the necessary experience and the necessary knowledge for further work. Do not tell me if there are such companies or employers in the city of Odessa that are ready to take a newcomer on such conditions?

as a tester, nobody cares. at the moment it's more of a marker not to take a person because of the huge number of white people with exactly the same zero "rates". courses in Ukriane and current switches are generally a separate conversation.
>Ready to work for free to gain the necessary experience and the necessary knowledge for further work.
the same as with courses. this is a marker for normal outsourcing companies in order to let you through. a person without a salary does not hold anything and it is hard to demand something from him. know your worth.
>Do not tell me in the city of Odessa if there are such companies or employers ready to take a new one on such conditions
>newbie
what level of testing can you talk about if you didn't even bother to check the spelling of the word "beginner"? in the case, just show what you can do (bug reports \ references on the github \ github itself) and if everything is up to the mark, then you will most likely be hired. Well, of course, at the moment you need to be able to automate. the manual has almost disappeared.
I won't say anything about Odessa. But the fact that you have completed tester courses is just a class (perhaps there is some kind of certificate). You can safely write such a paragraph in your resume: I graduated from tester courses in ... year.
About working for free. I completely disagree with you. Every work must be paid. If you go to an interview with HR, one of the questions will be: how much do you want to earn? If you answer for free or how much you will pay, then I'm afraid your chances of getting this position in this company will drop sharply.
