Wordpress ported to RF, problem with theme setting?

Transferred using wp-cli / script Search-Replace-DB
transfers normally, everything works except for the visual "setting" of the theme:

how to solve? replaced the site in the database with punny code (does not work in Russian)
UPD:
deleted everything to hell installed on a new wordpress
restored data via duplicator
now there are no couple of pictures
and when you go to the main page (just a link to the site) it gives an error:
Incorrect redirection on the
PS page : there is no such error in /index.php
/wp-admin/ etc everything works except for the main page

Try dragging the theme settings through a special plugin.
This happens if a rough replacement via SQL affects serialized arrays. Which often store options. Therefore, you need to use a higher level of transfer that does this at the php & WP API level.
