Wordpress multiple text blocks on one page?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, I'm just getting acquainted with WP, how to display several text blocks on one page? I understand that the text can be displayed through the_content();, but what if I have several blocks with different information on the page and the client wants to edit them through the admin panel?
I found the Page Builder plugin, but I think it's too confusing.
If there are simpler options?

I did this: I wrote all the text in different articles, and displayed it on the main page by id, in total it turned out different texts in different blocks and they all changed through the admin panel, though it was 2 years ago, I think I used query_posts (cat = ID), in the evening I can only look and be more specific.
