Wordpress - how to make the right redirect from category to page?
Hello.
There is a problem - Google indexes the page-category, but according to the idea, it is necessary to index a regular page. They differ only in the url by a parasitic postscript from the "category" subscript. It is not necessary to suggest that I remove it, there are too many dependencies.
Interested in the issue of redirecting from this category page to a regular page. What needs to be written in the header so that Google understands that this category page is just a copy of the landing page and shows not the category page, but the landing page in the results?
I apologize for not a simple story, the situation is not standard ... at least for me.

The first option is to disable the indexing of this category (for example, using an SEO plugin).
The second option is 301 redirect. Many implementation options - plugin, .htaccess, functions.php
Hook template_redirect Hook
a function to it, then the conditional tag is_category
If the desired category, then wp_redirect to the desired page with the code 301
