Wordpress how do posts add extra fields?

Good afternoon everyone, could you tell me how to implement the following task in Wordpress? Is it possible with standard means or do you need crutches?
For example, there is a Stores section, you need to put records with stores in this section, but additional fields are needed, for example:
Title posts: Okay
Opening time: 07.00
Closing time: 23.00
Status: Working
Record text: Ok shop is ....

There is a great ACF plugin (especially the pro version is cool)
You can use standard wordpress tools - the code , much less convenient and less features
