Wordpress developers, 500 error due to server?

Hello dear developers.
Everything happened after moving from domain to domain. (host is old)
Error 500 occurred while creating a new post/page. (editing existing ones works)
http error while adding files to media library.
I don’t understand what’s the matter, we urgently need to add new records / pages.
It's not about the theme, not about the plugins / not in the .htacces file (I checked everything together and separately)
Save me, I'm burning!

Hello!
1) check the rights of the apache user on the folder with the VP.
2) check chmod folders 755 files 644 (change recursively if not present)
3) check correct site migration and check media file upload paths etc.
4) htaccess (delete and regenerate)
5) plugins and themes (change the theme, rename the folder with plugins)
6) wp-config --> debug -- true and check for errors
7) write to the hoster
8) check the integrity of the WP core files
