Wordpress contact form not working?

I'm currently developing the site locally. I made a feedback form using Contact Form 7, but it didn't work. Googled it, the solution was to install the WP mail SMTP plugin and set it up. I did everything, still the letter is not sent. Attached screenshots, I think they will be enough for the full picture.

You have an error in the FROM field.
Specify something like[email protected]ВАШ_ДОМЕН
