The operator is online, apparently requests do not go here ssl-stats.wordpress.com/
Everything would be fine, but everything is loaded calmly from the phone (beeline). Maybe someone came across?
Errors appear in the console:

This has been going on for several months now. 90 percent of blogs from wordpress.com do not open, because the valiant online aka Rostelecom blocked some ip wordpress'a and did not even bother to display a die about it. Technical support shrugged, and I constantly have to use a foreign proxy, because during technical searches very often the results lead to blogs on WordPress.
