WP is installed on IIS 10.
The health of the site "swears" on several points.
The gd and imagick extensions are required.
On the Internet, I found only some antediluvian installers that are no longer relevant in essence.
File extensions php rules, supplemented, corrected.
gd - enable gd2.dll - and so included, but to no avail.
