Everything works fine, but we noticed that rarely, but there is such a bug that the user has paid for the order, but the status of the order remains pending payment , and after the time has elapsed, it goes into the status Canceled

We looked at what was the matter, and after a couple of tests and a response from Sberbank , learned that the status of the order changes only when the user, upon successful payment on the Sberbank page, presses the button back to the store, after which the user gets to the Thank You page and the order switches to the Paid mode. This is confirmed by the words of those who support Sberbank
