Woocommerce Why is the filter by attributes not displayed in all categories where there are products with it?

Good afternoon! There is an attribute "Cover fabric" with the slug "tkan-chehla", and 4 values in the widgets filter by attribute added.
In the category https://plastiplus.pp.ua/product-category/manekeny... there is a filter
And in the category https://plastiplus.pp.ua/product-category/kovry-dl...
does not appear and turned off caching in general, changed the display conditions, I still can’t display ...

Please tell me where to dig? Thank!
