Woocommerce: how to send order data to a customer's email?

Hello. When setting up woocommerce, on the checkout page, I completely disabled the Payment Details block, in which the buyer specified an e-mail and received information about the order. The next question is how can I manually add the ability for the buyer to enter his e-mail and phone number through the code in the shipping block, and so that order data will be sent to his email?
