How to fix wrong encoding?

Uploaded a phaser js game to the main wordpress folder.
The folder is located in the main directory, in the same place as /wp-content and others.
Everything is good on the local server, but when you call the game from the site, Cyrillic fonts are not displayed correctly.
How to fix it? utf-8 encoding is written in the game index file, I also added a rule to xtaccess, but it did not help.

Did you add ? to htaccess AddDefaultCharset UTF-8?
The server returns the page with what headers ( prntscr.com/a1yfee )?
