I want some kind of software / plugin (for installing locally on Windows / Mac or server, for installing on a VPS and using it as a website), in which all clients will be visible. For each client, you need to make notes (for example, what you are interested in, what preferences), notes will be driven in by the store administrators. It is very good if it is possible to send letters to all clients at once or selectively.
Please do not offer such global solutions as, for example, Bitrix24 or something like that.
