What is the best withdrawal scheme for transferring earned dollars to a platform (say, webmoney or the same bank account) for subsequent conversion into rubles? For example, many write about the ability to pay directly from a payoneer card and withdraw money from it, but this approach seems inappropriate to me. A detailed answer or a link to it is desirable.

if you output wm - I found the most optimal way for myself, this is the output of wm to poison (1%). through poison issued a master card card (one account with poison, issue is free, 150r delivery in Russia). withdrawing money from it is not profitable (3.5%), but buying up on it is without %%. really need identification poison (for citizens of the Russian Federation is not a problem, for citizens of Ukraine and other CIS countries - a letter to the office of the poison, with a certified statement from a notary)
