With what wording are claims made against torrent sites in different precedents?
Help plz find real high-profile precedents for closing torrent sites with a quote or analysis of what exactly and how these sites violated (preferably straight down to legal details)?
For example, it is obvious that the site does not store prohibited files, such as music, movies. Those. you can't show it to him.
The accusation that the site provides a "platform" for the exchange of such content sounds just as ridiculous. you can also use Facebook to post links to a .torrent file.
How then do copywriters formulate their presentations, help me figure it out?
