How does copyright protection work on VK videos?

Hello everyone. Guys, who knows how their copyright protection works on videos? As I have seen they do not use only one hash check. Do they really look at keyframes? What are your guesses?

Apparently it's different there. I had two different stories:
1. I posted a clip of a Japanese meta-group (a large multi-member team in which three or four teams perform at the same time) - first with a link to the pipe. Blocked! Uploaded by myself - blocked! I didn’t particularly want to butt - I spat.
2. I posted (a long time ago) a clip of a domestic artist from the beginning of the 2000s. God knows how many years he lay - then suddenly both were blocked! Renamed - and laid out again and everything went through.
I believe that first there is a check by name, and then the "second stage" is possible with manual review, but not all, but some who have gone crazy for example. Although if I were this Japanese meta-group, I would also pay extra for popularization - well, who the hell needs this song in Japanese ?

First, it is checked by the system - if no violations are found, then the video is skipped.
Further, only at the personal request of the copyright holder, they can check and delete the video - and there can be oh so many of them, so a request from one of them is enough.
