With the help of what REST API?

Hello everyone
Since I'm not the only one involved in development, the task was to interact as efficiently as possible.
We are looking for some software or service that will allow us to describe the Rest API: what would be both visual and could be used by colleagues from backend/frontend/QA.
So far I have found a paid one in the apiary.io/ cloud . I want something private and free =)
REST APi on falcon framework (python), so I would like some benefits for QA in the form of autotests.

To be with autotests, privately and for free, you have to wait another year or two. Without autotests, you can use Swagger or RAML , but most likely you will have to work a little with a file
