With git branches, what and how is it arranged?

Help me go broke, I don’t understand
master-> develop-> features I uploaded
3 files to the master, how to transfer them to the developer?
git checkout -b develop
Created develop how to pour?

If you created develop from master , after uploading files to master , then they already exist in develop .
