Wireshark does not see the network interface on Windows7, how to fix it?

Installed WireShark. I start, I click Capture / Interfaces, and there is only this (Fig. 1).
But I need access to other interfaces ( tap0,tap1,tap2).
How can I make them appear in the list too?

I'm afraid this is a limitation of winpcap. Try RawCap, he definitely knows how to catch loopback, maybe he will see these.
