WinSxS on Windows 8 after upgrading from Windows 7 weighs 9 GB. How to clean?

Actually, subject. Googled it. dism /online /cleanup-image /spsuperseded - does not help, because 64 bits, vsp1cln.exe, compcln.exe - does not help, because the OS version is wrong.
The question is what to do and whether to do something? In principle, there is enough space, but as usual I want more.

Windows 8.1 has a couple of new tools to clean up this folder
technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn251565.aspx
This command will delete all backups to rollback updates. After its execution, it will not be possible to remove any update. Works only in Win8.1
Does the same thing, but for service packs.

Updating from Win7 is completely irrelevant. After installing Win8 from scratch, WinSxS will weigh the same, 9 GB is a normal size. Components that are no longer needed can be removed using
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup (with admin rights, link to TechNet )
But this does not make much sense, Disk Cleanup -> Clean up system files does the same (I have at least so). 2 weeks ago I did Remove everithing and reinstall Windows, after installing the software I needed, updating and cleaning WinSxS, it weighs 9.82 GB. Win8x64.

With such a size, you can fight with hard links, I somehow found a bat script.
But it's a little dangerous if the file is deleted in one location - it won't work in another one either.
If there is a place on the screw, it is best to put up with it.

9 Gb is quite normal for this folder, unfortunately, so I can only join the advice to “reconcile”
