Windows Store not working, not looking for updates, what should I do?

When I try to install any application from the Windows Store, I get the following error:

In the Windows event log, there are a lot of the same type of "informational" messages from "Windows Error Reporting".

I tried to solve the problem on my own, I looked for ways to solve it on the Internet, which did not give any results. That's why I'm writing here.
What has been done and what have you tried to do?
  1. Cleared Windows store cache (run wsreset.exe)
  2. Started the W32Time service
  3. Date and time are correct, region - Russia
  4. Created a new account, tried from there - the problem persists there.
  5. UAC works (tested)

No component store corruption found.
Windows Resource Protection found no integrity violations.
For some reason, the log of installed updates is empty, checking for updates shows that there are no updates. Service started.
Windows Update Troubleshooter finds "Pending Updates" every time it starts.

I naturally agree with the application.
The troubleshooter finds and allegedly fixes the same problems every time.

How did I start cursing when I opened the hosts file, into which I entered all the addresses associated with small software about six months ago.
After cleaning the file, everything naturally worked.

In the log, I think the error is described in more detail.
You can try: "Settings", "Updates and Security", "Troubleshooting", "Update Center" and "Store" in the same place.
