Windows shadow copy files how to open?

A cryptographer came to me, encrypted everything, deleted shadow copies. With the help of r studio, I recovered deleted files in system volume information, there is a large file there, which, in theory, is the contents of the shadow copy. I just copied it to system volume information, the system does not see it. How to open/restore it? There are 2 files related to the shadow copy, one has the id of the copy in the name and it takes 5 kb, the second is large (2 GB).
