Windows server 2012r2 dhcp+dns does not appear And the record, what's wrong?

There are two Windows server 2012r2 servers configured with dhcp failover, dns servers with dynamic DNS update. Part of the PC does not receive an A record in DNS after the end of the lease, it receives a DHCP address and there are no problems with this. Those. the computer is in DHCP, but not in DNS. If you do ipconfig / release, ipconfig / renew on the client, then the record appears in the DNS server A. There are no errors in the logs. The problem exists on different versions of Windows - from XP SP3 to Windows 10 1809. I
attached the DNS dynamic update settings in the screenshot.
What could be the problem and where to dig?

What groups are your DHCP servers in (in the default setting, they should be in the DnsUpdateProxy group). Also check in DC events - new entries are registered by whom, when you distort the address on the client - by the DHTsP server, or does the client register itself?
