Domain inside a, site outside how to solve?

Good afternoon!
There is a domain name which is configured in hell. There is also a company website which is also on the same domain but in another part of the city. That is, when you go to the site, you are redirected to the Kerio proxy server and, accordingly, there it gives an error . The
question is, how and where to enable redirection to access from the inside?
