Windows server 2012 R2 - hyper-v boot?

Good afternoon!!! Interested in such a thing, there is an article on habrahabr.ru habrahabr.ru/post/244661 about loading the OS from disk storage. I am planning a hyper-v cluster of 10 servers, I want to save on disks, since you only need to raise windows and hyper-v on servers, combine it all into a cluster and connect it to 2 storage systems. What is the issue with saving money on disks for servers, and running windows as in the article. Does it make sense or is it the thoughts of a maniac and you should not reinvent the wheel.

I'm not interested in the launch of windows itself, but in the operation of servers without disks, i.e. how Windows behaves and in general it makes sense to start such a hemorrhoid. Or buy 2 disks for each server, put them in raid 1 and not worry.

Not all network cards support iSCSI boot, so you need to look at what kind of equipment you have there.
Hyper-V supports network boot: www.hyper-v.nu/archives/hvredevoort/2011/04/scvmm-...
