There is Windows Server 2012 R2. All updates are installed.
A virtual machine is running on it from under hyper-v, also Windows Server 2012 R2. All available updates are installed (Windows does not find new updates).
On a physical machine, the normal time zone is UTC +03:00 Moscow.
On a virtual machine - UTC +04:00 Moscow.
How to make a normal timezone???

A similar problem on some virtual and physical servers. Windows8.1-KB2998527-x64 and Windows8.1-KB3077715-x64 "The update is applicable to your computer."
