Windows Server 2012 R2 - BSOD after restoring from backup. How to solve without reinstalling?

Acronis

There is a subject restored from a backup (Acronis Backup Advanced).
The first boot goes fine, but the next one with BSOD 0xc000021a . But if you turn off mandatory driver signature verification at boot, it starts normally.
Dell PowerEdge R330 server, no specific hardware.
Already done and didn't work:

• DISM /Online /Cleanup–Image /CheckHealth - no issues found
  
• sfc /scannow - also no problem
