Windows Server 2008R2 - controller replacement or how to replace drivers?

Hello!
There was a Windows Server 2008r2 x64 server, the controller died.
New controller of a different model. You need to change the driver to raid.
What has been done:
1) The image is uploaded via Acronis
2) The server can be loaded into ahci without any problems after recreating the boot sector
3) using the command, I added the driver pnputil.exe -a PATH TO FILE.INF, it did not help (the drivers work in the recovery console)
What problems :
driver installs in recovery console, but:
1) fixboot - error, item not found
2) bcdboot C:/Windows - Failed to copy boot files
3) chkdisk /f - disk cannot be locked or disk is write-protected
Given that there are no problems in ahci - the problem is in the RAID driver and in the wrong path to the raid disk. How to install the driver on raid in this situation?

@nfire

Drivers can be of two types - for installation and for a running system.
