Windows registry problems, how to fix?

I ran into such a problem:
When you start a laptop with Windows 7 Professional, failures occur every 2-3 days. It just hangs on the "Starting Windows" splash screen, but the logo did not "light up", I was thrown into system restore, which solves this problem and everything works fine (2-3 days, then again). And the "Startup Repair Tool" gives a log of what he did, I read it and saw something like this:

The main problem has been found. Registry corrupted. The registry has been rolled back, if the restoration is correct, the system will boot successfully.

Can I somehow fix it? Every time I put the laptop to sleep / spend 10 minutes to restore something I don’t want to)) Can you suggest some kind of "Registry Protection"?
PS I can’t manually restore the registry, when I boot from the “system restore” from a USB flash drive, then it throws me back on the same window, and I can’t do anything (even open cmd).

The registry is a file on disk. So the possible problems are the same as when working with regular files. Disk problems, memory problems, in principle, a virus is not even excluded. And, I hope, Windows is not some kind of left assembly and without any "tweakers".

Registry corruption is more of a consequence than a cause.
And the reason is either an incorrect shutdown of the computer, when it could record something and suddenly interrupted.
Or there is a problem with the disk.
