Windows program for hourly time tracking?

Good day to all!
Essence of the question: you need a program that will hang in the tray after launch and every hour (or a custom time interval) will display a window in which you can enter what you were doing.
Independent search did not give the desired. Everything is either web or phone. I also found several programs that independently take into account the time spent in individual applications - these also did not fit.
I ask knowledgeable people to help with the search.

Grindstone.
True, it works differently. You enter the task, and you file it. The utility counts the time and binds to this task. If there are several tasks, and they are permanent, you can switch between them. By evening, in the report, you group the time segments by tasks and see how much time was spent on each task as a whole.
There is also a smart worktime tracker: tracker.aklabs.com
It is more flexible - you can specify which applications and with which window titles belong to which projects. That is, for example, if you have an editor in which you write code, and the project1/index.php file is open, then you can specify that in this case you need to track time for the Project1 project. And if the project2/index.php file is open, then it needs to be tracked as a Project2 project. Setting it up is tiring, of course, but then it can automatically pick up on what project you are working on, and you don’t need to switch anything by hand. Although manual switching is also able, of course.
